Trozimed Davipharm Cream 30gr – treatment of mild and moderate plaque psoriasis
Ingredients:
- Calcipotriol (as Calcipotriol monohydrate): 1.5mg
- Betamethasone (as Betamethasone dipropionate): 15mg
Uses (Indications):
- Treatment of mild to moderate plaque psoriasis.
How to use Trozimed Davipharm Cream 30gr:
- Apply the medication directly to the affected skin areas.
Dosage:
- Adults: Apply the cream twice daily, using a sufficient amount for the affected area. The total weekly dose should not exceed 100g.
- Children aged 6 to 12: Apply the cream twice daily, using an appropriate amount for the affected area. The total weekly dose should not exceed 75g.
- Children over 12 years old: Apply the cream twice daily. The maximum weekly dose is 50g.
Contraindications:
- Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
- Calcium metabolism disorders.
- Patients with hypercalcemia or signs of Vitamin D toxicity.
- Patients with severe liver or kidney disease.
Side Effects:
- Common but mild side effects may include temporary local irritation, skin burning, itching, redness, dry skin, and rarely, facial dermatitis.
- Other possible side effects: hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, psoriasis flare-ups, eczema, etc.
