Trozimed Davipharm Cream 30gr – treatment of mild and moderate plaque psoriasis

Ingredients:

• Calcipotriol (as Calcipotriol monohydrate): 1.5mg
• Betamethasone (as Betamethasone dipropionate): 15mg

Uses (Indications):

• Treatment of mild to moderate plaque psoriasis.

How to use Trozimed Davipharm Cream 30gr: 

• Apply the medication directly to the affected skin areas.

Dosage:

• Adults: Apply the cream twice daily, using a sufficient amount for the affected area. The total weekly dose should not exceed 100g.
• Children aged 6 to 12: Apply the cream twice daily, using an appropriate amount for the affected area. The total weekly dose should not exceed 75g.
• Children over 12 years old: Apply the cream twice daily. The maximum weekly dose is 50g.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
• Calcium metabolism disorders.
• Patients with hypercalcemia or signs of Vitamin D toxicity.
• Patients with severe liver or kidney disease.

Side Effects:

• Common but mild side effects may include temporary local irritation, skin burning, itching, redness, dry skin, and rarely, facial dermatitis.
• Other possible side effects: hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, psoriasis flare-ups, eczema, etc.
