Pharmacodynamic

Pharmacokinetics
Absorption: The drug is absorbed through the skin at a concentration of about 1.8 micrograms/cm2 or 45% of the dose in about 24 hours.
Metabolism and elimination: Absorbed Benzoyl Peroxide will be completely converted into Benzoic Acid in the skin and excreted through urine.

How to use Rohto Oxy10 topical lotion for acne and redness
- For external use only. Shake the medicine well before use.
- Thoroughly wash and dry the skin area to be treated. Apply Oxy cream on acne spots. Apply gently to oily, acne-prone areas of the face, neck or anywhere on the body with acne or pimples.
Dosage
– Apply once daily at first, then apply twice a day or as directed by your doctor.
