Lifedovate 0.05% Hadiphar cream is a product of Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, containing the active ingredient Clobetasone Butyrate. It is a topical corticosteroid used to treat inflammation and itching that respond to corticosteroid therapy.

1. Ingredients of Lifedovate 0.05% Hadiphar cream: 

Each tube of Lifedovate Cream 5mg 10g contains:

• Clobetasone Butyrate 5mg
• Excipients: Cetyl Stearyl Alcohol, Cremophor A25, Paraffin Oil, Vaseline, Polyethylene Glycol 400, Titanium Dioxide, Purified Water (to make 10g)

2. Indications

Clobetasone Butyrate is used for the short-term treatment and control of eczema patches and dermatitis, including atopic dermatitis, irritant dermatitis, and primary allergic dermatitis.

3. Dosage and Usage

• Suitable for adults and children aged 12 and older.
• Apply a thin layer gently over the affected area once or twice daily for up to 7 days.
• If the condition improves within 7 days, discontinue use.
• If there is no improvement within 7 days or the condition worsens, consult a doctor. If partial improvement is seen after 7 days but complete resolution hasn’t occurred, seek further medical advice for extended treatment.

4. Contraindications

• Hypersensitivity to any ingredients of the product.
• Untreated skin infections (e.g., Herpes simplex, chickenpox).
• Rosacea.
• Acne.
• Itching without inflammation.

5. Note For children:

• Use in children under 12 years old should only be done under medical supervision.
• Children are more prone to local and systemic side effects when using topical corticosteroids and generally require shorter treatment durations and milder corticosteroids compared to adults.
