Effects of Tretinoin
Tretinoin stimulates cell division, replacing old cells with new ones and encouraging the regeneration of connective tissues.

In treatment, Tretinoin is used for severe acne, psoriasis, and similar conditions.

Effects of Hydroquinone
Hydroquinone plays a role in lightening dark spots and freckles, thereby brightening the skin and giving it a smoother, more radiant appearance.

Indications:

Treatment of moderate-to-severe melasma.

Dosage:

• Apply to the face every evening at least 30 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a doctor.
• Gently cleanse the face before applying the cream; wash off and pat dry.
• Apply a thin layer of cream over the pigmented area and extend 1 cm beyond the affected area.
• Do not use under occlusive dressings.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to the cream’s ingredients.
• Allergies to sulfites, asthma, or rosacea.
